Update 0.0.6.1 Changes

───────────────────

UI:

  • UI layout reworked and moved to the left side of the screen, for a less distractive experience
    • Added a "Plus" icon above the stamina gauge to indicate acumulated stamina when it occurs

Player:

  • Free camera permanently enabled (before was only horizontal camera movement, eg. Doom)
  • Reduced the initial run movement speed (is [5.0]m/s was [5.8]m/s)

Items:

  • Changed the main item "lamp" for a "flashlight"
    • Light behaviour changed to "Omnidirectional" for "Point Directional"
  • Removed the "Map" & "Compass" items (they were quite useless)
  • Changed the visual of the item "Fuel" to a "Battery"
    • Now the item increases the light range and light radius

Map:

  • Map layout slightly changed for a better movement flow (collectables location adjusted, paths opened & closed and gates realocation)
  • Added special event when certain amount of keys are collected to improve the overall experience
  • Added a basic tutorial into a new portion of the map

Enemy (Scarecrow):

  • Improved the pathfinding of the Scarecrow
  • Added a red light around the Scarecrow for a better perception of it
  • Added a subtle sound of danger proximity (Triggers at  [8]Meters)

Miscellaneous:

  • Reworked the initial cutscene pixel art animation
  • Added a set of random phrases at the game over screen
